| This is a 4 bedroomed villa with pool on a large corner plot. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people, plus a small child. This property is on two floors,
with two lounge and dining areas, open plan kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and additional
toilet downstairs. There are three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. We have converted our double garage into a games room, which houses table tennis, pool table and foosball (table football). | |||

Two families will have no trouble holidaying together at 'Pooh Corner' as the design of this villa has one of the largest living areas. The huge lounge comprises of two seating areas and two dining areas with a large open plan and well equipped kitchen to the side. Decorated in true Floridian style and maintained to the highest of standards - you can relax and listen to music on the CD/Radio music centre in the formal area (shown) or enjoy watching one of the many programmes on the large multi channel tv set in the family area. Our superb master suite with queen sized bed is spacious, airy, light and cool - thanks to the cathedral vaulted ceilings and air conditioning. Again the bedroom is beautifully decorated with lots of storage space comprising dressing table, bedside cabinets, mirrored wardrobes and walk in wardrobes. There is an additional Multi channel TV set in this room. The ensuite bathroom comes complete with towels, double vanity units, wc, bath and shower with bath aids for those who need that extra help. There is also a lockable security box in the storage cupboard. | ||

Open the door to 'Winnie's Room' and your child's Disney experience will have already begun. Be sure to follow them upstairs to see the delight on their faces. Winnie and Tigger will be waiting there to welcome them and to share their toys and books.
A unique double bed bunk means that three children can share the room in comfort although rumour has it that it is equally as popular with adults! The room has also has a small TV, which is wired up to a play station and DVD player. A very special feature of this rooom, which children love is the fibre optic ceiling, which looks like tiny stars twinkling as it goes through 5 soothing colour changes helping to lull overtired little people to sleep. |

You can enjoy an early morning dip in our large, heated, screened pool, which is in sunshine for most of the day. Chill out as the day heats up with a cool drink while watching your children splash about, enjoying the pool inflatables. The depth of the pool increases gradually from 3ft to 6ft and an alarm on the patio door ensures your children cannot wander out unsupervised. | ||

As the sun sets on 'Pooh Corner', the fibre optic lighting creates a relaxing ambience as it transforms the pool with a gentle glow, changing from lilac to pink, yellow, green and silver. Unlike some other communities, Lindfields places no restrictions on evening pool use so your Disney Day can continue well into the evening. | ||
